Ingredients:
2 boiled potatoes
1 green chili (chopped)
1 tbsp cornflour
½ tsp chaat masala, ½ tsp cumin powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Burger buns, lettuce, tomato slices, onion rings
Mint chutney & mayo
Instructions:
Serve hot with fries or chips.
Mash boiled potatoes, add spices and cornflour. Shape into tikkis.
Shallow fry until golden.
Toast burger buns, layer lettuce, tomato, tikki, chutney, and mayo.
